The 'Community Captains' initiative by the Premier League celebrates people who have made a significant impact on local communities through volunteering, fundraising, or supporting club-based programmes.

A custom Premier League print was made for the winner of every club from the Premier League, to the National League. The print featuring the winners' name was accompanied by a pennant and armband to celebrate all the good that the local heroes have done.
