The 'Community Captains' initiative by the Premier League celebrates people who have made a significant impact on local communities through volunteering, fundraising, or supporting club-based programmes.

A custom Premier League print was made for the winner of every club from the Premier League, to the National League. The print featured the club line-up with the winners' names featured alongside their heroes. This print was gifted to the winners alongside an illustration by club legends such as Paul Scholes and Eddie Howe.
